ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE - CREDIT OFFICER - MELBOURNE

ROLE

Reporting to our Accounts Receivable/Credit Team Leader, your duties will include:

• Being actively involved in the complete collection process for group of account customers over multiple divisions.
• Ensuring timely payment of customer accounts with follow-up of outstanding accounts.
• Receipting and collections processing.
• Account receivable reconciliations.
• Investigating and resolving customer queries in relation to accounts.
• Any other ad hoc functions required in the Accounts Receivable Department.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• PRONTO, or similar ERP experience.
• The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years experience as an Accounts Receivable/Credit Control officer in a similar role.
• Hands-on experience within an AR function with high volume processing of transactions.
• Customer focus and a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and intermediate Excel skills.
• Team player.
• The ability to prioritise & work within a strict time frame.
