Under our Fully Maintained Service Agreement, a fixed annual price covers all equipment repairs and maintenance. Each plan can be customized to meet your specific needs and budgets. CR Kennedy offers:

• Fully trained and professional service technicians with advanced OEM training.
• Quality service and repairs performed in accordance to manufacturer guidelines and ISO9001 accreditation.
• Fully equipped service repair centres in Melbourne and Sydney offering repairs on equipment nationally using advanced diagnostic equipment, tools, jigs, multi-function inspection processes and quality control tests.
• Biocompatible repair components including parts, glues, adhesives and lubricants to avoid cytotoxicity, irritation and sensitization.
• An extensive loan fleet to ensure continuity of clinical services at your facility while your repair is being performed. Loaner equipment is provided at no charge for a period of up to 2 weeks while a repair is being completed.
