We are seeking an enthusiastic, mature minded, well-presented, work and results driven person to join our professional and friendly team in our Brisbane Medical Division as soon as possible.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies to meet organizational goals.
- Coordinate and organize marketing campaigns, including content creation, social media, and email marketing.
- Support the planning and execution of events, trade shows, and promotional activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent messaging and brand alignment.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Manage digital platforms and social media accounts, ensuring content is engaging and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Track and analyse internal data to measure campaign success and provide insights for improvement.
- Maintain relationships with manufacturers and external partners for marketing initiatives.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and reports.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities via company social platforms
- Assist in project management, ensuring deadlines and milestones are met.
- Prepare and edit documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external use.
- Support state level inventory management and Quality assurance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.
- Tertiary qualification preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Experience with social media platforms
