Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share within the endoscopy sector

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and key industry stakeholders

  • Provide technical expertise and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they fully understand our solutions

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales through active prospecting and cold calling

  • Negotiate contracts and pricing with key clients while maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless product delivery and support

  • Monitor and report on industry trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities

Ideal Candidate:

  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in the medical or technical fields

  • Strong technical knowledge of endoscopy products or similar healthcare technology

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset

  • Previous experience in sales within the healthcare or medical device industry is a plus
